What Is Spravato®?
Spravato® (esketamine) CIII nasal spray is derived from ketamine, a well-established anesthetic. It is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be used in conjunction with an oral antidepressant for the treatment of:
Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) in adults who have not responded adequately to at least two other antidepressant treatments.
Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.
This treatment is not for use as a first-line therapy and should be administered only under the direct care of a trained clinician in a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS)-certified facility.

What to Expect: Treatment Timeline & Administration
Treatment Schedule:
Induction Phase (Weeks 1–4): Two treatments per week
Maintenance Phase (Weeks 5–8): One treatment per week
Long-Term Phase (Week 9+): Once every 1–2 weeks, based on response
Each session includes:
Supervised nasal spray administration
Two-hour observation period in our dedicated, comfortable recovery room
